Associate and Manager of Construction Administration


As Construction Administrator, Steve’s responsibilities include the resolution of field conflicts, coordination of shop drawing reviews, attendance at construction meetings, periodic inspections, review of contractor payment applications, review of change orders, and representing client interests to assure that the building is constructed in a quality manner, representing the design as demonstrated in the working drawings and specifications. His 20 years of professional experience has included work on a variety of project types, including healthcare, government facilities, corporate office and sports.
