Principal and Federal Healthcare Project Director


Tom leads Ellerbe Becket’s Federal Healthcare activities. As Principal-in-Charge and Project Director, he is responsible for ensuring that the client’s needs are fully addressed and supported. Prior to joining Ellerbe Becket, Tom spent nearly 30 years with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, supervising more than 150 design and construction projects valued at $4 billion throughout the United States.
