Managing Principal


Alan is the Managing Principal of the Dubai office. He is a Chartered Builder with extensive senior executive experience in the construction industry. For more than 30 years, Alan has provided a diverse range of project management and consulting services within the Middle East, Australia, Southeast Asia and Turkey, on sectors including healthcare, engineering, education, commercial, retail, sports and hospitality. His experience includes both design and project management from the conceptual stage into construction, testing, commissioning and client hand-over.
