Greg Anderson had never worked in the architectural design industry before joining Ellerbe Becket in 2002, but his more than 25 years of financial management experience in a variety of industries helped him steer the firm through the recession at the beginning of the decade and focus the company on future growth. “Greg is results-oriented,” says Ellerbe Becket CEO Rick Lincicome. “He has broad-based experience in developing financial strategies and systems for a number of national companies. He’s a real asset to Ellerbe Becket.” Anderson is both chief operating officer and chief financial officer for the century-old firm. He also is manager of business operations, allowing the firm’s office directors to focus on leadership and client relationships.
