Monica Laurent, SPHR
Associate and Director of Human Resources
Monica brings 15 years of progressive human resource management experience to Ellerbe Becket, including recruiting, training, retention, succession planning and performance management. She is based in Ellerbe Becket’s Minneapolis location with responsibility for all of the firm’s global offices. She is an integral contributor along with the firm’s senior leaders in planning Ellerbe Becket’s strategic direction. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
