Principal
“We are agents of change,” says David Derr, principal. “Ellerbe Becket has changed the way hospitals practice medicine to help them offer better patient care and more efficient day-to-day operations.” That’s the credo David has lived by for nearly three decades of professional practice in planning, design, management and coordination of healthcare projects. He has assumed responsibility for all aspects of project delivery from initial concept through construction administration and occupancy. His responsibility is to ensure proper communication and actions among the team to achieve a collaborative process and ultimately, a fully coordinated project.
