As a registered Project Management Professional with more than 30 years of experience, Bil is responsible for successfully performing contract requirements and managing teams in all project phases, including planning, design and construction administration. He has devoted his career to healthcare facilities and has experience leading large, complex project teams for many clients. He initiates, plans, executes and closes projects covering an extensive range of professional design.
