Baseball’s loss was sports architecture’s gain. When Doug came to the realization that he couldn’t hit the curve ball, he set his sights on a career in athletic facility design. Twenty-five years later, he is one of the top Project Managers in the industry. At Ellerbe Becket, he’s spent his career managing large-scale collegiate stadium and arena projects. He’s done it all, from new construction to multi-phase renovation.
