Ellerbe Becket Names Randy Edwards Managing Director of Europe, the Middle East and Asia

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates – Randy Edwards has re-joined Ellerbe Becket as managing director of Europe, the Middle East and Asia. He brings 28 years of demonstrated leadership success in helping architectural and engineering firms grow their client relationships and businesses. His background includes significant global experience, including 12 years with Ellerbe Becket.

Edwards returns to Ellerbe Becket from Jacobs Carter Burgess, where he most recently served as managing principal for several projects with Dubai-based Nakheel, in addition to overseeing the firm’s Building Programs Division. His career includes a successful three-year term as Ellerbe Becket’s Director of Marketing, during which time Edwards directed the development of six practice areas and helped orchestrate the firm’s expansion into Europe and the Middle East.

“Randy has an outstanding history of successfully leading teams and developing new business throughout his career, which includes his tenure at Ellerbe Becket,” said chief executive officer, Rick Lincicome, AIA. “His knowledge of the firm, its culture and people will help ensure the extension of a strong and effective bridge with our clients in Dubai and throughout Europe and the Middle East.”

Edwards will be permanently based in Dubai. His responsibilities encompass sustaining and developing relationships in the region with an emphasis on identifying quality new opportunities for the firm.
