
Lincicome is the 11th person to lead the firm, which was founded nearly 100 years ago in Minnesota’s Twin Cities. The company is well known for its expertise in healthcare, sports, energy and technology, higher education, workplace design and construction services. “We’re not striving to be the biggest,” says Lincicome, “Just the best!” He has been with Ellerbe Becket for 30 years. Prior to becoming CEO, he was the firm’s president from 1998 to 2001. He also has served as the company’s president of architecture and director of the Washington, D.C. and New York offices.

In addition to being a Managing Principal, Crockett also is Ellerbe Becket’s National Director of Sports. For two decades he has led the successful completion of a wide range of creative and technically complex Ellerbe Becket projects for government, private and higher education clients. “We deliver innovation that achieves value,” he says. “Buildings we design are uniquely valuable. We live in a world where every city is becoming the same, this is a great opportunity for innovation.” He is Managing Principal of the firm’s San Francisco and Kansas City offices and serves on the firm’s Management Committee and Board of Directors.

Sakoian has been a board member for 12 years. She is an executive with Scholastic Inc., the world’s largest publisher and distributor of children’s books and educational materials. During her time on the Ellerbe Becket Board, she has chaired the Nominations Committee and the Audit and Compensation Committee. She continues to advise Ellerbe Becket management on international conditions and issues.
The re-elected members join John M. “Jock” Holliman, Jon Buggy, AIA, and Michael Krauss in rounding out the board.
