Ellerbe Becket’s Fobes Earns Interior Design Distinction

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – Mary Fobes has been recognized by the National Council for Interior Design Qualification
(NCIDQ), receiving notification that she has passed the NCIDQ examination.

NCIDQ’s purpose is to protect the health, life safety and welfare of the public by establishing standards of competence in the practice of interior design.

Fobes is an Interior Designer in Ellerbe Becket’s Minneapolis office, where she works on project types ranging from corporate, to higher education, to healthcare.

She earned a bachelor of science in Interior Design (with distinction) from the University of Minnesota. She also holds a bachelor of arts in music performance and music education from Augsburg College in Minneapolis.

An innovator since its founding in 1909, Ellerbe Becket is a leader in architecture, interiors, engineering and the construction industry with office locations worldwide.
