Renowned sports designer Ellerbe Becket has been selected to design a new wrestling training complex at the University of West Virginia in Morgantown. “West Virginia is leading a national trend for donor-driven investment in facilities for Olympic sports,” said Ellerbe Becket Design Director Jon Niemuth. “This new home for WVU Wrestling will put the program at the top in terms of facilities, and that will pay immediate dividends in successful recruiting and competition.”

Current and recent collegiate sports projects for Ellerbe Becket include a new Olympic sports facility for George Mason University, the new John Paul Jones Arena at the University of Virginia, and the Comcast Center at Maryland.
