Ellerbe Becket San Francisco Office To Push Limits Of Office Computing

SAN FRANCISO Riverbed Technology, the pioneer in wide area application acceleration, and Ellerbe Becket will push the limits of wide area network performance here Jan. 25.

Ellerbe Becket professionals will demonstrate sending a large architectural design between the firm’s San Francisco and Minneapolis offices over the WAN without Riverbed’s Steelhead appliances optimizing the traffic and then with the Steelhead appliances optimizing the traffic.

The test will simulate the collaboration that takes place between two architects working together on a design project. This type of interaction occurs hundreds of times over Ellerbe Becket’s WAN every week and is a critical business process essential to the firm’s commitment to providing quality service to its diverse client base.
