The Construction Specifications Institute is the premier integrator for all disciplines involved in nonresidential design and construction.
Koukol has been a practicing architect for more than 25 years, the past 15 of which he’s spent with Ellerbe Becket working on professional and collegiate stadiums and arenas. His most recent project experience includes the new Seattle Seahawks’ Qwest Field (formerly Seahawks Stadium), the Green Bay Packers’ Lambeau Field Redevelopment and stadiums for the University of Oregon, Southern Methodist University and the University of North Dakota. His resume also includes six NBA/NHL arenas.
He enjoys being responsible for technical issues involved in developing large-scale, highly-complex sports and entertainment facilities.
In addition to his affiliation with the Construction Specifications Institute, he is a Certified Construction Documents Technologist. He also is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
He received a bachelor of architecture degree from Kansas State University in Manhattan.
