Buggy, a health sciences principal with Ellerbe for more than 15 years, addresses four main areas where problems tend to arise: “project costs, aesthetic/design choices, communication and client leadership. ”

His approach to heading off problems includes designating a project point person where “the buck will stop” and establishing solid lines of communication between the design team and the client. Click here to read the article’s full text.
