Hays Medical Center in Hays, Kansas broke ground last week for a 76,000 sf expansion of its DeBakey Heart Institute and Rehabilitation Center. The expansion, to be completed in 2005 at a cost of $17 million, is utilizing Ellerbe Becket’s integrated services approach to design and construction. Ellerbe Becket also designed and built the recently opened Center For Health Improvement at Hays Medical Center (see "Related Project Portfolio" above).
