Phase I was completed in 2001 and Phase II – a brick and stone façade that complements the campus' Spanish Renaissance architecture – will be completed this fall as construction crews work to get Jones AT&T Stadium ready for Texas Tech's football home opener on August 30.
The $51.9 million, 175,00-square-foot addition to the West side of the stadium will seat more than 2,000 fans in 44 revenue-generated suites and more than 1,000 new club seats. Other improvements include a significantly expanded press and broadcast facility.
