The Minnesota Chapter of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial & Office Properties) recently held its annual Awards of Excellence program before a sellout crowd at The Metropolitan in Minneapolis, MN. Ellerbe Becket-designed projects won two of the ten awards:

900 Nicollet Mall
Category: Office Mulit-Tenant more than 100,000 GSF

Target Plaza South
Category: Office Build-to-Suit more than 150,000 GSF

Both projects were the result of a successful collaboration with Ryan Companies US, Inc., who submitted the projects for the awards competition.
