(developer/ general contractor), Target Corporation (Target retail store owner), the city of Minneapolis (parking ramp owner), RSP Architects (Target store architect) Elliott Contracting Corporation (electrical design/builder), Erickson Roed (structural engineer), Horwitz Inc. and Master Mechanical (mechanical design/builders).
Located along downtown Minneapolis’ famed Nicollet Mall, the 800,000-sq.ft. (74,320-m2) project features a 170,000-sq.ft. (15,790-m2), two-level Target store; 70,000 sq.ft. (6,503 m2) of Target support space; 75,000 sq.ft. (6,968 m Ellerbe Becket’s experience spans virtually every building type, from planning through occupancy.
