A conservation and reclamation district, the mission of the Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) is to provide electricity, water and other services to 58 counties in central and southwest Texas. Working in partnership with customers and communities, the LCRA uses its leadership role and environmental authority to ensure the protection and constructive use of the area's natural resources.
