The City of Green Bay and the Green Bay/Brown County Professional Football Stadium District established the following goals and objectives for the project:
• Renovation must be intimate and maintain rich tradition of the Packers and Lambeau Field
• Construction must not interrupt the season
• Project must be delivered efficiently – on time and budget
