Connecticut’s General Assembly established the Capital City Economic Development Authority (CCEDA) to stimulate investment, encourage economic diversification and strengthen Hartford’s role in the region. Representatives of the CCEDA, Connecticut Office of Policy and Management and Department of Public Works, among others, manage developments in and around Hartford.
