JP Morgan H&Q (formerly Hambrecht & Quist Group), a subsidiary of JP Morgan Chase & Co., recently started a presence in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. A provider of venture capital, research, sales, trading, merger and acquisition advisory services, it was essential that their office space provide privacy between groups.
Aesthetically, they desired an image that would set them apart from the banking business. Interior designers responded with a bright, dynamic design, employing changes to the ceiling planes and textures, special lighting, and the generous use of glass.
