This 45,000-square-foot facility within a multi-tenant office building houses ERCOT’s executive offices, administrative and training facilities, as well as a system control center. HoweverTo ensure the highest degree of security, reliability and functionality, even for a short time, designers partnered early on with the development director and architect. This ensured necessary modifications could be made to the base building structure, mechanical and electrical systems.
