University of Minnesota, Mark G. Yudof Residence Hall

Mark G. Yudof Hall (formerly Riverbend Commons), the new 424-bed residence hall on the East Bank of the Mississippi river, provides students with fabulous views, high-speed Internet connections, a club room, and outdoor program space.

Residents can choose from several living arrangements, from single apartments to two-bedroom suites with a living room, private laundry, kitchen and bathroom.

Conveniently located adjacent to Coffman Memorial Union, the project also features a 1,900-car below grade parking structure that is nestled into the new South Mall.
