With more than U.S. $35 million in research grants each year, this new facility required technologically advanced and adaptable laboratories and research areas. Attached to the Columbia Presbyterian Medical Research complex, the institute has 72 inpatient beds and a substantial clinical component, as well as classrooms and training facilities.
...it is clear that the new building is such a wonderful environment in which to work and such a clear major fiscal committment to support the work of the Institute, that people want to be here.
