Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center

Washington, DC, USA

The largest building to be constructed in Washington in 50 years, this federal government office building completes the development of the Federal Triangle between the White House and the Capitol Building, which had remained unfinished since the 1930s.

The project, which fills an 11-acre site fronting Pennsylvania Avenue, houses several federal agencies; offices for state and local governments dealing with trade and tourism; and retail space, including shops, restaurants, theaters, and exhibition spaces.
