Madison Square Garden Renovation

Ellerbe Becket renovated "The Garden" in the early 1990s and recently assembled a team including the Rockwell Group (design consultant), Severud Associates (structural engineer) and Syska Hennessy Group (MEP) for a proposal to renovate the building once again. The Ellerbe Becket team came back with a creative plan to minimize event downtime while realizing the client’s fundamental renovation goals.
