The Walt Disney Memorial Cancer Institute at Florida Hospital offers comprehensive, state-of-the-art, oncology treatment, research, education and support services to approximately 3,800 patients each year, making it one of the largest and busiest cancer centers in the Southeast.
The center incorporates education, radiation therapy, medical oncology and research in one building, with the top level of the facility providing a hotel type atmosphere for patients and families when they must travel considerable distances for health care or stay more than one day to receive services.
