The Georgetown Law Sport and Fitness Center, McDonough Hall and the Gewirtz Student Center enclose the Quad between McDonough and the law library. The park, once the site of a tramway, is very popular with students.
The indoor health and recreational facility is open to GULC students, faculty and staff. In addition to a gym, racquetball, aerobics, weight training and swimming, the center offers casual dining.
