Kentucky: bluegrass and horse racing. At its heart, Lexington Center and its partners form the Triple Crown Convention Connection, a highly successful public-private alliance. In fact, the mixed-use development was the first single-structure complex in the US built with both public and private sector finance. Rupp Arena, home to the University of Kentucky Wildcats, offers dozens of staging and seating configurations for the NCAA Final Four and other sports events, concerts and family entertainment.
