Verizon Center (formerly MCI Center)

Washington, D.C., USA

Bordering Chinatown on the east side of downtown Washington, D.C., Verizon Center is really a retail/entertainment complex. While parking is available, the arena sits above two Metro stops, greatly improving accessibility, especially for fans coming into town. People stop in daily for morning coffee and business lunches, and to shop or visit the sports museum. Three levels of suites start just 19 rows from the the playing surface. A club level, fine dining restaurant overlooks the playing floor. While the teams share a fitness room, they each have training and hydrotherapy facilities.

We are an arena that has two major sports teams. D.C. is a major and very attractive market and the building has been performing very well.
