Requirements:
Must have REVIT skills and experience, intermediate design and production skills, knowledge of project design and construction document production, standard construction techniques and principals, ability to work in team environment. Healthcare facilities experience preferred. Willingness to work a second shift (days/times to be determined) a strong plus.
Responsibilities:
Works either at the direction of others or in a self-directed manner in all phases of the building design process on small to moderate-scale projects or small to moderate components of large-scale projects within an established budget, schedule, site and programmatic requirements. Assists in all aspects of the building design process including preparation of presentation materials, model building, schematic design, design development, contract documents, rendering and construction administration activities as directed by the production leader. Construction document/detailing experience and Revit skills are required.
