Requirements:
Must have REVIT skills and experience, knowledge of architectural systems and detailing, materials application, building codes, building and engineering systems. Healthcare facilities experience a strong plus. Willingness to work a second shift (days/times to be determined) a strong plus.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for coordinating activities associated in the design, development, preparation, production and control of project documents from schematic design through construction administration. Perform building code analysis, definition of construction documents requirements, coordinate architectural and engineering disciplines, specifications, issue bid documents and review shop drawings. Assist Project Designer and/or Project Architect in development of construction documents and materials selections. Instruct team members on various aspects of construction, documentation, production techniques and architectural systems. Monitors quality of documents and leads/mentors daily technical related assignments.
