Requirements:
Must have REVIT skills and experience, knowledge of architectural systems and detailing, advanced knowledge of project design and construction documentation production and construction materials. Healthcare facilities experience a strong plus. Willingness to work a second shift (days/times to be determined) a strong plus.

Responsibilities:
Deliver complete, accurate and coordinated project plans, specifications and construction documents within time and budget parameters while satisfying client, building code and contractual obligations. Interact and communicate effectively and professionally with other team members and the client. Maintain, organize and archive all project related documents. Perform construction administration tasks including shop drawing review, change order preparation and field problem resolution. Coordinate project technical assignments.
