Requirements:
Must have REVIT skills and experience, advanced CADD skills, design, production and materials application knowledge, understanding of building codes, building systems and engineering systems, complete understanding of tasks associated with preparation of construction documents, working knowledge of current construction materials and methods, ability to work in team environment. Healthcare facilities experience preferred. Willingness to work a second shift (days/times to be determined) a strong plus.

Responsibilities:
Assists in preparation of design and construction documents of advanced complexity level, provides drafting support for all scale projects, assists with sheet layout organization, construction documents and other production routines including task/budget schedules. Assists in checking shop drawings, issuing amendments, addenda and construction change directives. Copies sketches, layouts and designs and supports production leader in various aspects of construction documentation techniques, building materials and architectural systems. Assists in coordination/production activities with team members and observation/administration of construction activities as directed by the production leader.
