Responsibilities:
Lead internal teams and external customers in understanding short- and long-term facility and planning needs. Develop space programs, block/stack planning through construction documents. Lead user-group work sessions. Conduct site and program analyses. Facilitate program development with project team. Coordinate project planning assignments. Prepare planning presentation materials. Participate in marketing presentations.

Requirements:
Professional degree in Architecture and/or professional registration with 12+ years experience in profession, post graduation. Requires specialized knowledge of healthcare architecture, and supervisory experience.

Experience in all phases and aspects of large and complex scale projects required. Excellent presentation and communication skills, advanced knowledge of project design and construction documentation and materials, AutoCAD, word processing and spreadsheet skills required. Revit experience preferred but we will provide training.
