Intermediate design and production skills required. Experience on all phases and aspects of a project desirable. Knowledge of project design and construction document production, standard construction techniques and principals, working knowledge of design production techniques including AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), 3D computer modeling, graphic design, word processing and effective communication skills required. Ability to work in team environment.
Works in a self-directed manner in all aspects of the building design process on small to moderate-scale projects or small to moderate components of large-scale projects within an established budget, schedule, site and programmatic requirements. Assists in all aspects of the building design process including preparation of presentation materials, model building, schematic design, design development, contract documents, rendering and construction administration activities as directed by the production leader. May mentor less experienced staff.
