Advanced knowledge of project design and construction documentation and construction materials; intermediate knowledge of CADD and word processing tools. Advanced spreadsheet skills required. Basic knowledge of 3D computer modeling and graphic design. Minimum 4 years experience in specialized market segment. Previous supervisory experience and professional registration required.

Assist internal teams and external customers in understanding short and long-term facility and planning needs, research and develop state-of-the-art programming/planning processes. Conduct site and program analysis. Facilitate program development with project team. Coordinate project planning assignments. Prepare planning presentation materials and lead presentations to owner. Participate in marketing presentations.
