Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills required. Responsible for positioning the organization in the marketplace in a manner consistent with the strategies, goals and operation plans of the firm and its customer segments in order to generate opportunities that have the highest potential to become new work.

Assist in the development of customer segment business strategies (including annual planning). Develop sales plans and monitor sales performance. Manage client relations including developing and maintaining extensive client and customer segment knowledge bases. Ensure complete knowledge of the firm’s capabilities and service offerings in designated customer segments. Generate and identify qualified leads. Oversee the proposal process for designated customer segments. Collaborate with Marketing Resources, Project Leaders, and Discipline Leaders. Prepare and coach staff on presentation skills and sales strategies. Conduct promotions, participate in community activities and communicate success stories.
