Understanding of all tasks associated with design, management, planning and direction of projects and construction document preparation. Ability to plan, execute, and take responsibility for assigned projects. Detailed understanding of various regulatory building codes; working knowledge of current construction materials and methods; thorough knowledge of design production techniques, including computer software and AutoCAD for drawing review and schematic level tasks. Well developed and effective communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Experience on all phases and aspects of large and complex scale projects required.

Responsible for successful client relationships and delivery of a successful project. Also involved in sales planning and sales of our services. Expected to leverage themselves over both integrated services and design-only projects. Responsible to hold entire project team accountable for performance on projects.
